Find a Classic LLC

Welcome to Find a Classic LLC (“Find a Classic,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Our website and related services (collectively, the “Site”) are provided to you subject to your agreement to and compliance with these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Service

Find a Classic provides an online platform for private sellers to list classic vehicles for sale and for potential buyers to browse those listings. We facilitate connections between buyers and sellers, but we are solely a venue for publication of information.

We are not a vehicle dealer, auction house, or a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers. We do not own, buy, or sell any vehicles listed on the Site. We do not collect any funds from the sale of vehicles, accept vehicle titles, negotiate deals, or guarantee any transactions.

2. User Responsibilities and Acknowledgment

  • Sellers are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and truthfulness of all information and content (text, photographs, etc.) provided in their listings (“Submissions”).
  • Buyers and Sellers are exclusively responsible for conducting their own due diligence, negotiating terms, arranging for vehicle inspections, and completing all aspects of the sale, including payment and transfer of title. We make no representations as to the identity, trustworthiness, or creditworthiness of any user on the Site.
  • Caution: Exercise all due caution when executing transactions. Never pay any money for a vehicle you have not physically inspected.

3. Website Utilization Policy

  • Accuracy of Information: You agree that all information you provide to the Site is accurate and complete. Fraudulent information in a submission may result in immediate account deactivation and removal of listings without compensation.
  • Prohibited Content: You agree not to use the Site to post content that is offensive, pornographic, defamatory, illegal, or infringes on intellectual property rights.
  • Intellectual Property: All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Find a Classic or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
  • Compliance: You agree to observe all applicable laws and regulations in your use of the Site and any transactions you pursue as a result of using the Site.

4. Fees and Payment (Sellers Only)

Sellers pay a one-time, non-refundable listing fee to post a vehicle on the Site. The payment is processed by a third-party service. All sales are final once the listing is approved and posted; we do not offer refunds for listing fees, regardless of whether the vehicle sells or if the seller decides to remove the listing early. We are not involved in any other financial transactions between buyers and sellers.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

YOUR USE OF THE SITE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. FIND A CLASSIC PROVIDES THE SITE AND ITS SERVICES “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR UNINTERRUPTED. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM TRANSACTIONS BETWEEN BUYERS AND SELLERS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, issues with the vehicle’s condition, the accuracy of descriptions, or the outcome of a sale.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, FIND A CLASSIC LLC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS, SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, ARISING OUT OF (A) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SITE; (B) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SITE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY DEFAMATORY, OFFENSIVE, OR ILLEGAL CONDUCT OF OTHER USERS OR THIRD PARTIES; OR (C) ANY TRANSACTION BETWEEN BUYERS AND SELLERS.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Find a Classic LLC, located in Paradise Valley, AZ, from and against all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
